We talk about your home, what you're looking for, and which package fits best. If we're not the right people for it, we'll tell you.
An in-home visit

We come see your space in person: your furniture, your style, how you live. We measure, photograph, and go over the details with you face to face.
A moodboard

Based on the visit and your style, you get a moodboard with example photos of the direction we propose, so you can see and feel the look before anything begins.

Using what you own

Once you approve the moodboard, we schedule your styling day. We rework your home using your existing pieces: new layout, new arrangement, new feel. No shopping, no construction.

Restyle + New Additions

Your pieces, plus the ones that are missing

Same start: call, visit, moodboard. Then we source for you, visiting stores in person and gathering online options into one shoppable list with photos and prices. You choose from curated options that fit your taste and budget. Once selections are made, we purchase, schedule delivery, and complete the setup, placement, and styling.

Full Home

Empty, or starting from scratch

For empty homes, or homes cleared and redesigned from zero. We visit the space first; if it isn't ready yet, you brief us on what it will look like. After the moodboard, store visits and online sourcing run side by side. You select from our curated options; we handle purchasing, delivery coordination, setup, and full styling.

The details

The answers to the questions everyone asks.

What's included: Every package includes two rounds of options or revisions. Additional rounds are $250 each.
Payment: The call is free. Half of the design fee is due when you book your in-home visit; the visit and moodboard are part of your package. The other half is due on completion.
Shopping budget: Separate from the design fee, and only for packages 2 and 3. We set an estimated budget with you upfront based on the plan. It is paid in advance, we purchase on your behalf, and you get every receipt. If the final selections come to more than the estimate, we confirm the increase with you before buying anything. Anything unspent is refunded.
What counts as a room: Any space with its own job: living room, bedroom, dining area, home office, entry. An open living-and-dining space counts as two rooms if we're designing both. Kitchens and bathrooms are styled as rooms; we don't renovate them.
Renting: Most of our clients rent. Nothing we do requires your landlord's permission. We hang art and mirrors with renter-friendly hardware wherever we can, and we ask before we make a hole.
The styling day: A Restyle of up to two rooms is usually done in one day. We move the furniture; you don't have to lift anything. You don't need to be home, though most people like to be there for the last hour.
Timeline: A Restyle is typically complete within two to three weeks of the first call. Packages with sourcing depend on delivery times, usually four to eight weeks.
Where we work: Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Elsewhere in the city or nearby New Jersey by request; a travel fee may apply.
Not included: Paint, electrical, plumbing, and handyman work; large-item disposal; assembly beyond what two people can do on the day. We're happy to recommend people for all of it.
Changing your mind: Cancel before the visit and your deposit is refunded in full. After the moodboard, the deposit covers the work done to that point.
