A room can feel rich on very little if the proportions are right, the light is used, and the things in it belong. That is where most of our work happens: not in buying without reason, but in editing, placing, layering, and adding the few key pieces that make the rest make sense.
We come out of set decoration, where you can't knock down a wall or wait six weeks for a sofa. You learn to see what a room already has, what it's missing, and which three or four moves change everything. That's exactly what a New York apartment needs, especially one you rent.

For a home that has everything it needs and doesn't feel like it yet. No shopping, no construction.

For a home that's close, but missing the pieces that would pull it together. We source, you choose.

For an empty apartment, or one you're clearing and starting over. From the first chair to the last frame.

Every package includes two rounds of options and revisions. Everything else about how it works, including payment and what counts as a room.
How it works
We talk about your home, what isn't working, and which package fits. No pitch. If we're not the right people, we'll say so.
We come see the space, your furniture, your light, and how you actually live in it. We measure, photograph, and listen.
You see and feel the direction before anything moves. Two rounds of revisions are included. Then we schedule the day.
Projects
Every Restyle comes down to a handful of decisions: where the sofa faces, what the rug is doing, which wall gets the mirror. Our concept studies show the before and after on plan, so you can see the moves before you see the photos.
Who you'll be working with
A fashion editor and set decorator, and a product designer and photographer. Between them: the eye for a room that tells a story in one frame, and the habit of asking how it will hold up on a Tuesday morning.
